SALON POLICIES

For all booked services over the value of $150, we require a $60 deposit at the time of booking for new clients. This deposit will be to secure your booking and is put toward your services. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the salon on 0452566743 for your deposit to remain valid.
Cancellations less than 1 day prior of your appointment will incur a loss of booking deposit, this will be non refundable. If you can no longer make your appointment please contact the salon ahead of time so that we may offer your appointment to another client. If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting our team, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
Bookings that have been rescheduled more than once, Pre-payment of service will be required for a future booking.
Please note, if you are not satisfied with your service, you may call us within three days of your appointment to arrange a suitable resolution with the team.

Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sat: 8:00am - 4:00pm
